Our Shopify support and maintenance packages* offer priority support and updates to your store within three working days.

Included in the packages are theme and design changes, assistance with settings, updates to your copy and imagery, modifications to existing products and pages, monthly product uploads, guidance on suitable apps, and help with setting up offers.

Our Shopify support packages start from 100$* per month for one store, which includes up to two hours of work and a dedicated account manager. We also offer flexible pay-as-you-go options.

*Our support programmes require a minimum commitment of 0ne months, and we will always notify you before your renewal is due.
